With Guiddies.com you can make your dream itenerary as our website act as a tool to connect and convey directly the information between you and your tour guide with the following services and benefits:
Step 1: Type a keyword, cities or destination in the “Search” bar of the TOP page. Then, several tours options attached to guide profiles will appear. Also you can click on “ Guide List" or "Tour ” in the top bar, or select a destination at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Among the search results, you can sort or filter the list through rating, pricing range, or by tour destinations or tour types categories.
After searching and selecting the tour guides or tour, you can click on “Book Now”. Then, fill in required fields to create your free customer account before proceeding to the payment. To ensure a secure trust and easy booking, customers are required to deposit 20% of the total amount of the product in US Dollar to confirm the booking. The remaining amount (80%) will be paid in cash directly to the tour guide when you meet tour guide on the starting tour date by following our Terms and Conditions.
If you have any questions, go on the guide's profile and on the bottom left side of the page, click “Message” on the tour guide’s profile. Also Guiddies.com offers a special options to let customers create their customized tour and by sending the request to tour guides by clicking “BUILD YOUR OWN TOUR” on tour guide’s profile.
To secure reliability of communications and trust between customers and tour guides, both parties are required to communicate through our communication system on Guiddies.com by following our Terms and Conditions.
No. We do not charge booking fees. It is 100% free.
According to our booking Terms and Conditions, In the event of a cancellation, GUiDDiES will fully refund the deposit up to a 3 days notice prior to the tour date. If the customer (traveler) decides to cancel within 3 day before the tour date, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. In the case that a booking is declined by the tour guide(s), or the tour guide(s) fails to show up on the tour date, the 20% deposit is fully refundable. However, the deposit is refundable if the tour guide does not show up on the day scheduled for the tour or if the tour guide declines your booking.
The remaining amount due is to be paid in cash directly to tour guide cash in USD at the begnning of the meeting of tour date. In the case, tour guide or customers prefer to use local or another currency then stated on the booking confirmation, both parties must agree on the exchange rate. Otherwise, both parties can use the default currency that mentioned in the booking confirmation.
We accept major payment methods such as: VISA, MasterCard , American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.

We do not require any reconfirmation. However, we suggest the customer to contact the tour guide or give notice about meeting place, time, etc. before your arrival in the event of schedule disruption. Also, our system automatically sends a reminding email to customer and tour guide before the start tour date as a friendly reminder email.
We are an online services, therefore we have to guarantee the security and fast transaction with all customers by online payments. For this reason we accept only credit cards and Paypal.

We recommend you to publish a short profile about you. It should include your past experiences as well as your professional training you ever had. Be reminded that, customers like to know what you are good at and what kind of services you can provide.
Guide profiles must be in English and should be between 500 to 800 words. Bullet points are ideal for the customer to read the guide's strengths quickly. Mention also how many languages can be spoken; interesting experience you had in the past with the travelers; and try to tell travelers how to enjoy their unique-travelling experiences with you.
Sign in into your account, go to Profile Management > Guide Profile, at the bottom click on the image mark to upload your certificate or license or drag your file into this area.

An attractive tour package should be detail and be simple for normal people to read and understand. Also, try to highlight activities especially the most unique one you have for them in your packages. In addition, it is important for travelers to know how they can get the most of their time and excitement with your packages.
To create a tour package, please go to Tour packages > Create tour package on the left sidebar and then click on Create tour package

Creating a customized tour package is the same as creating tour package, but start by selecting "Custom Tour" then you must send the customized tour package link or add custom tour to send your customers in our message communication system.
To setup your guide service price, please go to profile management > profile guide menu at left Sidebar and then click on price tab
Our system, we use very simple price calculation, here is an example
Therefore if a customer selects 1 or to 5 travelers and 1 or to 4 hours, the price will be 25$,
But for 6 to 10 travelers and 1 or to 4 hours, the price will be 35$
But if they select 1 or to 5 travelers and 1 or to 8 hours, the price will be 30$,
But if they select 6 or to 10 travelers and 1 or to 8 hours, the price will be 40$
Note: Setting up a price is required, if you don’t put price for guide service, your profile will not show up on www.guiddies.com
Tour guides should verify and update their availability calendar regularly. To update the availability calendar, please login the guide account and go to "Availability Calendar" menu on the left sidebar. Then update the minimum/maximum hour, schedule and time . If you want to block your calendar when you are busy, please select your date and time in calendar menu and then add your block date/time into calendar, after that please click on "Update".
Guides will be informed via email or SMS notification once they receive a booking from our system. Guides should login our website to view the booking in details. However, guides can choose how to receive the booking notification in the guide account settings.
If customers have any questions, they click on “Enquiry” or "Build Your Own Tour” on tour guide’s profile.
You will receive email notifications when you have an enquiry or custom tour from customers via our systems, and in order to response to customer, you must login your account on Guiddies.com and go to your message box and reply or send your customized tour to customers.
When you receive the notification in your email, you must login your account on Guiddies.com to reply. You are obligated to reply the customers within 24 hours or as fast as you can. We suggest you to reply with appropriate message with professional manners.
Customer will pay the amount due in cash to you directly when you and the customers meet face to face on the starting tour date.
In case, tour guide or customers prefer to use local or different currency from the currency that is stated on the booking confirmation, both parties must agree on the exchange rate. Otherwise, both parties can use the default currency (USD) that mentioned in booking confirmation
We charge only 20% commission of total amount on actual booking to allow us to sustain and support. It is very easy to pay commission fee to Guiddies, as when the booking is confirmed, the customers are required to deposit 20% of the total amount and after the trip is finished, Guiddies will withdraw our commission fee from deposit amount automatically.

Clients will review & rating their tour guide after the end of the tour. Guide can only get reviews from their customers. Guiddie.com will send them the link by email to view & rating when trip is finished, and our system will send notification to let the tour guide aware about review & rating as well.
Reviews and ratings are very important to tour guides and Guiddies.com, so tour guide CANNOT remove any negative reviews, but you can make a request to Guiddies.com team to investigate, and if Guiddies.com team found that the negative reviews is not accurate, we would consider to remove. We would like to tell you the process of removing the reviews takes times.
